Time Travel in Williamsburg

One afternoon my parents convinced us to hop on a time machine and learn all about the Colonial times and how important Williamsburg was and still is. The most important thing for us was that our adorable Pops was allowed to come with us, as long as he did not go inside a building!

I really enjoyed the experience. Visitors are invited to cross the bridge between modern days and the past. But don’t worry, visitors are easily introduced to the past with useful signs like “From now on, you accept the concept of owning a person”!

Everything looked accurate, there were many actors that stayed in character no matter what. At sunset, we were delighted with the band playing many soldier songs during the battle. I would definitely recommend the experience, if you have the occasion to go!
